Multi Traders (Social Housing) Carpenters/Plumbers Swindon/Bath/Bristol area Permanent role, van, tools and PDA supplied Are you an experienced Carpenter/Plumber/Multi Trader? Do you have experience working in Social Housing along with the drive to further your career in a rewarding new position? If so, we may be able to help you Here at Howells, we are working with a leading UK Contractor and Regeneration Group to find an efficient Multi Skilled Tradesman with sufficient knowledge of all other trades to join their team in Chippenham, to work on Voids and occupied properties doing repairs & maintenance. Working the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs/ maintenance in social housing properties. Your duties will include various roofing repairs and minor carpentry/guttering when needed. We are looking for candidates who are available to start as soon as possible and must have own tools. Vans and fuel cards, tools and PDA's provided. This is a full time, temporary role with a 40 hour working week. You will receive a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum.
