Job Description
Social is at the heart of almost everything we do at Exposure. Were looking for someone who's a whizz with paid media (mainly paid social but knowledge of other biddable channels is a bonus) to help us continue show the rest of the industry how its done. This is a key role in our social team who work collaboratively with our in-house team creating, shooting and producing anything from social laydowns up to global TV campaigns. This role takes the lead in devising and executing the best distribution strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels. While big numbers can always be achieved with big budgets, we believe theres a better way to use paid media to amplify campaigns. This is where you come in. This is what the role looks like: * Paid Media Expert (Planning & Buying) - Youll be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid campaigns for our clients, responsible for building comprehensive media plans to executing world class campaigns. * Data and Optimisation using your flair for data and analytics, you will monitor and respond swiftly and confidently to key measurements and KPIs. * Client Service youll work directly with our clients, helping build and maintain positive and productive relationships. * Platforms Knowledge you will add an in-depth understanding of established and emerging platforms, coaching our teams on the most appropriate use cases * Strategic Relationships - youll also develop relationships with the key platforms that youll use every day, making sure we achieve maximum value Requirements * Accomplished experience in paid media, with a focus on paid social (either agency or in-house) * Direct hands-on experience running campaigns on Facebook Business Manager, experience of other platforms (Google AdWords, Snapchat, Twitter, Spotify, TikTok, Pinterest etc) is welcome. * Strong in maths.
