Job Description

We're looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join our team in London and become an integral part of our media team. The Search Specialist works within our media team and supports our Search Managers tocreate, monitor, and track paid search advertisingcampaigns for our clientson Amazon.Amazon has 3x the product search of Google and in 2014 launched its search marketing platform (Amazon Marketing Services) that has already generatedbillions in advertising revenue.The Search Specialist will have the opportunity to learn this new search advertisingplatform from the ground up working with some of the country's top brands and advertisers.This position is an excellent choice for the analytically minded individual who's curious, a self-starter, and eager to dig in and understand this massive opportunity. Key Responsibilities Support our Search Managers in helping our clients reach their Amazon goals through: * Managing keyword selection and optimum bid levels for CPG clients on the Amazon Marketing Services Platform * Developing and managing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights for digital marketing campaigns * Establishing key metric reports, tracking progress and trends, and effectively communicating campaign results and insights * Create, test, measure and analyse customer shopping and purchasing behaviour for improved outcomes * Other duties as assigned Your Experience * Ideally education at a bachelor's degree level * Experience in digital marketing on either the agency or client side * Strong analytical skills, with substantial knowledge of Excel-pivot tables should be second nature and you can VLOOKUP in your sleep * Ability to thrive in dynamic and demanding situations without prescriptive direction * Detail oriented, good project management and organizational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines * Great communication and interpersonal skills, collaborator, and outstanding communication and presentation skills Innovative, scrappy, and independent thinker with the ability to use data to influence decisions * Entrepreneurial spirit with a problem-solving approach to complex tasks * Willingness to roll up his/her sleeves and get the job done * Knowledge ofAmazon Marketing Services is a big plus What We Offer Our benefits package incorporates what we're passionate about - unlocking your future, overall well-being and sustainability - whilst giving you control over your benefits. * 25 days of holiday per year - with the option to buy or sell between 1-5 days * Great learning and development opportunities * Pension, Private Medical and Dental Insurance plans * Life Assurance; Income Protection and Critical Illness covers * Option to opt into the Ascential Shares Scheme * Volunteering opportunities * Season ticket loans About Flywheel Flywheel Digital is a diverse collection of practitioners who have solved the most challenging problems for numerous Fortune 500 companies on Amazon.
