Role: Performance MarketingManager Location: Islington, London ROLE MISSION Working in true collaboration with one of our clients, the Performance Marketing Manager will lead the global marketing acceleration agenda for our client's brand. A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE TEAM: You will work closely with the strategy and creative team and be joining the newly assembled account team based in London. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE * Leading activities to unleash, accelerate and fuel disproportional growth for brands in existing markets Leveraging data driven marketing * Performance marketing activities to design digital first, future forward marketing plans based on hyper-targeting and personalisation and will deliver actionable implementation plans in existing / new markets * Leading digital content and social campaigns * Working in close partnership with the global marketing team, the digital teamwhich is predominately underpinned by socialto ensure new marketing activities will be landing smoothly and quickly across the business WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL * You have5+years' experienceina strategic performance marketingroleusing data to underpin your strategies, either client or agency side * An excellent knowledge of social media channels and all performanceplatformsand proficient in pulling and analysis data from these channels * Youcandemonstrate atrack recordofdriving and accelerating growth forfast-growingbrands.Your role will be driven by engagement and growth KPI's * You have a growth mindset and are unafraid to explore new opportunities and channels * True team spirit and collaborative mindset,this team works closely together usingeach other's experience and understanding of the brand and audience to create meaningful content ABOUT OUR COMPANY Inside Ideas Group is a rapidly expanding global creative services agency with a twist: we provide our clients with bespoke dedicated agencies that operate from within their offices.
