Title: Payroll Administrator Site: Westerleigh Shift/Working hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week We know about food! If you have an appetite for more , this could be the role for you. Delivering business success through our people We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator within our Finance Team. Reporting to the Site Accountant, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large weekly payroll within a fast paced and busy environment. Responsibilities will include processing the weekly payroll, collating new starter information, creating and maintaining employee's payroll records, dealing with employee queries and changes, calculating sick pay and annual leave entitlements, producing reports and calculations for managers as required and processing leavers information as necessary. Candidates will need to have excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and senior managers. Strong communications skills are essential, as is a flexible approach to work and working hours and have excellent IT skills including excel. Candidates will also have a thorough and up to date working knowledge and understanding of Payroll and Pension legislation and be professionally qualified or part qualified (CIPP or equivalent).
