The Business * Food manufacturing * Strong track record with multiple major UK food retailers * Complexity with breadth of customers and the pace of production * Major focus on quality * Significant investment The Role * Full responsibility for the SHE Strategy at site * Driving full legal compliance for SHE * KPI tracking and continually raising awareness of SHE * Upskilling the team, coaching, and mentoring * Working cross functionally to impact on behaviors, processes, and procedures What experience do you need for this SH&E Manager role: Your previous background, education and experience will include: * Extensive experience in Safety, Health and Environment management in food manufacturing or FMCG * NEBOSH qualified * Proven ability to deliver improvements in Health and Safety culture * Proactive engagement and effective influencing skills * Ability to work autonomously in complex environments * Extensive knowledge of compliance to legislation * High energy individual working off own initiative * Strong stakeholder management It's a great time to work in the food industry if you enjoy pace and ever-changing landscapes.
