Job Description

A 3 months+ opportunity for an Asset Surveyor has arisen with the local authorities in Coalville. They are looking for someone to predominantly undertake stock condition surveys for council owned domestic dwellings. Due to Covid 19 an element of home working will be required. Skills and Experience: * Relevant qualification (Construction or Maintenance related to HNC minimum). * Experience of undertaking stock condition surveys. * Experience of contract management. * People and communication skills.
