Customer Service Support Assistant 9.94 hourly rate plus 1.49 p/h weekend shift allowance and benefits Avonmouth depot 15 hours a week, Saturday & Sunday 09:00 - 17:00 We're looking for a customer service support assistant to join our team in Avonmouth. In this role you'll help retail stores to resolve queries about deliveries - administering and recording the claims accurately on the system. We'll look for you to liaise with store colleagues to update them on any issues with deliveries and other factors that could affect stock from getting to store on time, securely and safely. What you'll do: receive information relating to claims and other issues preventing store deliveries from stores administer the claims, processing and accurately record data liaise with internal operational teams regarding the investigation and outcome of claims support special store activities i.e. refits, schedule changes to make sure the expectations of stores are met or exceeded help with other administration processes escalate issues and queries to the communication team leader, reporting complaints via the store or regional management This role would suit someone who have: customer service experience excellent organisation skills great communication skills and able to communicate with colleagues at all levels experience working with other people and can work well as part of a team great attention to detail, accuracy and enjoys working at pace Why Co-op?
