" Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. Through our national network of charities, we give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward - whoever they are, and whatever their problem. Who we are For over 78 years we've provided advice to help people solve their problems. Last year we helped 2.7 million people in person - face to face, by phone and through web chat. Last year there were 43 million visits by people looking for answers to their problems on our website, and this figure is growing. We're dedicated to finding innovative ways of solving people's problems through digital content and services. We make sure our advice is accessible and actionable. This means we need to be creative - thinking about how different formats and tools can best meet user needs. We're also focusing our Digital Workplace project on improving our content for our 30,000 staff and volunteers across the organisation. The role We're looking for Content Designers to work in our Customer Journey and Digital Workplace teams. Digital Workplace is helping project to design solutions to improve 1-to-many content and peer-to-peer and knowledge share across the organisation. The Customer Journey team are leading the transformation of Citizens Advice digital content and services, this role would sit in the project team responsible for our immigration advice and Brexit related content response. We're looking for Content Designers - with experience of using data to understand user needs and delivering content to meet them - to join a collaborative, cross disciplinary team. You'll work with user researchers, designers and developers to build content and digital products to help people across Citizens Advice work together better. You'll be confident in choosing the best way to present information to users and be comfortable using data and feedback to design and iterate content. You'll thrive working within a fast-paced agile project team to deliver iterative solutions and be comfortable making strategic decisions to drive a product forward, and adept at communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
