Job Description
Digital Analyst Location: Southwark, London Hours: Monday to Friday Working within the Digital Analytics team, the purpose of this role is to deliver analysis and insight across the business to a wide range of stakeholders. You will be responsible for feeding into data layer specifications. This role is core to making the Analytics function at Vodafone run smoothly. What will you be doing? * Working on the Adobe Analytics platform to provide a wide range of data and analysis to the wider team. * Collating data from multiple sources for use in reports, tactical packs and strategic insights. * Providing pre and post test analysis. * Supporting marketing analysis in regards to product KPIs, trading data through the use of customer journey analytics. * Supporting ecommerce to deliver trading insights. * When needed, act as an advocate of analytics implementation process importance, communicate challenges and look for solutions that will empower the rest of the team. Who are we looking for? * Experience using Adobe Analytics or equivalent * High proficiency in Excel * Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Qlik * Knowledge of forecasting techniques - Seasonal/Run rates * Knowledge of tag management systems * Experience of SQL and data warehousing * Clear communication skills across a variety of stakeholder levels * Knowledge of survey tools such as Medallia or Foresee * A core understanding of recording digital data.
