Job Description
Citi's Innovation Lab is looking for a Product Manager role where you can make a real impact on financial innovation? Want to collaborate an update team on high-impact projects with considerable complexity and daily challenges? The D10x Product Manager is a key team member of the D10x Innovation team seeking to validate critical assumptions in early stage businesses that can transform banking services. You will be responsible for the end to end analysis, planning and project management required to develop new products in a pivotal role in delivering high quality, integrated end to end solutions for our institutional clients. You will help define what should be built, capture that in detailed user stories and then drive delivery with a global cross-domain technical team. Your super-power will be ambiguity-busting and yet you will be comfortable with the ambiguous nature of early stage business product decisions. You will embrace iteration as a necessary part of finding product market fit but you will insist on well-defined hypotheses that will drive product decisions. With a focused determination to deliver, you will be as happy providing detailed specs for a prototype as with mapping out and chasing down data you may need through enterprise control systems or jumping into the legacy systems necessary to deliver the new business. **Key Responsibilities:** + Work with multiple project teams to analyze and define the product and technology needs to serve clients and develop new businesses + Turn high level product visions into tactical, actionable product plans that balance short term needs to get product to market with long term, big-picture strategies. + Gather requirements and document detailed user stories and acceptance criteria describing product feature set and roadmap. + Understand and map relevant Citi technologies and develop a network of relevant technology stakeholders so that you can find the optimum way to build new business products at Citi. + Actively groom the backlog in concert with the product manager for each project. + Actively engage with engineering team to resolve doubts + Navigate enterprise development requirements to ensure your products are compliant whilst as lightweight as possible. + Drive products through compliance protocols swiftly and competently, challenging where needed and always managing risk appropriately. Analyze product feedback, identify trends, consider solutions and present to the innovation team to drive collaborate product decisions **Skills and Qualifications** + You are an experienced technical business analyst and product owner, equally comfortable gathering requirements, documenting user stories and managing a backlog. + You have a great understanding of corporate banking + You have been responsible for leading product and technology efforts from inception through production launch multiple times + You been responsible for product management in both early-stage and enterprise environments + You have been responsible for leveraging your personal influence and communication skills direct resources that don't directly report to you + You are equally comfortable using agile and waterfall methodologies and can reconcile the two in a large corporation + You are an adaptable, resourceful, well organised team player with a strong work ethic + You agree that verbal and written communication skills are vital + You have a Bachelor's degree ----- Grade :All Job Level - All Job FunctionsAll Job Level - All Job Functions - GB ----- Time Type : ----- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
