Job Description About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Benefits Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The role of Benefits Manager, International lies within the International Zone. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into International Rewards Director, Fabiana Lima. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. You're constantly looking for improvement activities within International Zone. In brief, you will be responsible for benefits strategy, design and financial governance Main Responsibilities * Contribute to the research, analysis, design and development of the company's benefit programs across the International Zone consistent with business priorities and total rewards philosophy * Monitor emerging industry trends, market competitiveness and legislative requirements related to benefits program in scope * Run financial oversights of benefit programs to continuously monitor risk exposure and financial sustainability * Lead implementation of new benefits or changes to existing programs * Work with vendors, internal communications, and consultants to build comprehensive employee communication strategies * Coaching BU benefits/rewards managers, sharing best practices with teams across International Zone Qualifications Hard Skills Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position. * Education * Bachelor's or Master's degree * Work Experience * >5 years of benefits and/or rewards experience. * Experience working in a global and distributed learning organization. * Prior experience working directly with senior leadership (CHRO/CEO/Business Leaders). * Knowledge/skills * Contemporary benefits design knowledge * Project management skills * Knowledge of best market practices * Language Knowledge * English Professional Attributes (examples, choose max 5) * Resilience * You're able to bounce back after a disappointment or set back, big or small.
