The opportunity: Finastra is currently seeking a Global Benefits Lead to join our amazing HR team. Reporting to Global Head of Benefits & Mobility, this position is responsible for benefits programs in EMEA and APAC, with a focus on the UK. As such we have a strong preference for this role to be based in Europe. This position will help identify opportunities for program design improvements and efficiencies whilst making sure that the benefits packages remain competitive, employee focused, and cost effective. It is a BP4 job profile, making it a Senior Manager role. We see this as a superb opportunity to be promoted into a stretching and career enhancing role. What you'll do: * Oversee the UK annual enrollment process including set-up, communications, carrier preparation and local broker management. * Actively coordinating cross-functional teams including, but not limited to the following functions: Legal, HRIS, Communications, CSR, etc. * Provide management planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing employee benefit data and trends. * Work with external consultants/brokers to manage the design, development, pricing, and implementation of new and existing benefit programs within the assigned region: * Prepare, analyze and deliver reporting and cost projections to support the recommendation of benefit plan changes and ensure program governance * Lead the annual plan renewal processes, including evaluation of costs, design reviews, data requirements and communications. Co-ordinate the planning, organizing and directing the activities related to annual enrollments and changes to existing benefit plan design, changes in processes etc. * Develop and deliver comprehensive communication material/training documentation for new and existing benefit programs * Act as the escalation point for internal and external inquiries relating to benefit plans, policies and procedures and advise management on resolving benefits issues * Monitor benefit trends in the business environment and stay abreast of applicable benefits legislation. Research, analyze and interpret existing and proposed statutory requirements governing benefits plans and recommend appropriate course of action. * Completing special projects on various benefit and budget matters as needed What you'll need: * At least 4 years of experience in a related field of HR * A demonstrated ability to prioritize in a complex environment with multiple tasks and tight deadlines and with a high degree of change and ambiguity * Strong organizational skills and follow-through on commitments and deadlines * Ability to confidently and comfortably interact with team members and leaders at all levels * Strong interpersonal and employee relations skills with understanding of the importance of confidentiality * Ability to work with multi-functional areas * Ability to multi-task and manage multiple and shifting priorities * Can think and work independently to research, analyze and make recommendations * Strong background manipulating data using Excel or other widely used systems As a Global Benefits Lead, you will be expected to apply your organizational and communication skills while displaying a positive, high-energy attitude.
