Check out our team Requirements Were looking for a Lead Agile BA who will be part of the software delivery team (ideally you will have some form of technical background ie System analyst, QA, Development etc). You will be leading a small Team of Product BA's responsible for facilitating the delivery of successful software by ensuring an appropriate quality of software requirements are defined and understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will develop a passion and understanding of our business and product domain, with a keen insight in what fits our strategy for success. You should be confident and have proven ability of: Leading a BA function, championing best ways of working and showing 'what good looks like' Collaboration with teams and leadership to enact the Software Delivery vision, leading the interpretation, capturing, presenting, organising and documenting of business requirements (both functional and non-functional) for products, projects and features, translating these into Epic, Features, and Work Items. Being the driving force for making decisions to identify and remove blockers, progress solutions of key deliveries with stakeholders in the loop. Collaboration with teams and leadership to communicate and drive the Software Delivery methodology and workflows. Collaboration with key area stakeholders with the process of prioritising requirements and tasks, ensuring that the requirements are detailed including all necessary information to deliver within a technical team. Seeking out Subject Matter Experts to triage knowledge gaps and finding the right sources of information or people to increase the delivery of right first time product increments. Understanding and applying Agile methodologies and ceremonies that can facilitate, promote and embed delivery improvements, such as backlog refining, stand-ups, workshops, etc. Promoting a culture of three amigo sessions with required stakeholders, capturing and amending acceptance criteria, with the documentation of assumptions and exclusions to reduce ambiguity and any confusion of expected outputs.
