Overview: As a Manager for the Analyst and Consultant Team in our Global PI Delivery hub in Gothenburg, you will manage a team of Senior Consultants, Consultants and Analysts, working with primary market research (PMR). Our people at Global PI are thought leaders with a broad range of therapeutic insights, deep market knowledge and technical capabilities who have unique access to IQVIA' gold-standard data. The job: Engagement Manager Responsibilities: You will actively participate in the development, delivery and management of projects by: * Supporting sales teams in writing innovative and insightful proposals. * Managing communications with clients and internal resources after the project is confirmed. * Managing project schedules and budgets. * Guiding and monitoring research activities to ensure project objectives are met. * Developing research materials (guides, questionnaires) and gaining client sign-off. * Use best practice principles to ensure that all market research is robust & accurate. * Identification and specification of analysis plans (including complex analysis) to put data across clearly and effectively. * Scheduling and monitoring internal and external resources required for the project. * Designing, structuring and delivering client reports and presentations. * Deliver project results to clients in a professional & stimulating manner, considering business context and highlighting clear business actions /r ecommendations. * Proactively mentor, coach and share subject matter expertise with team members to elevate IQVIA capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients. * Supporting the development of intellectual property for use on future engagements. * Contributing in the effort to acquire new clients. Our ideal candidate will have: * An Undergraduate or Masters Degree, with minimum experience of 7 years in the market research industry. * Experience in healthcare-based market research is valued although not essential. * People management experience. * Good client handling skills and strong customer service attitude. * Experience in developing high quality, commercially focused insight. * Strong analytic and critical thinking skills. * Confident presenter with desire to develop further in this area. * Fluency in written and verbal English and well-developed written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and have a strong respect for timelines. * Ability to work efficiently with different stakeholders across different markets and cultures. * Energetic, dynamic and self-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of professional / commercial associations, key people and companies. * Strong ability to manage priorities, ensuring deadlines are met, maintaining consistent, high-quality results. * Ability to think creatively and strategically. * Flexible to travel to client locations whenever needed. * Advanced MS Office skills.
