Job Description
Your new role The successful person will lead, manage and coach a team of approx. 10 IT professionals who are responsible for a selection of applications and services utilised by the business The successful person will also be responsible for managing and building relationships with vendors and 3rd parties to ensure our standards are met or exceeded at every time. This role is part of the IT Operations team that is responsible for day-to-day support and facilitating change of new and/or existing business critical software solutions. We support a variety of applications and integrations for Power NI and Energia and very much form part of these businesses providing a vital function to each by working through every aspect of the life cycle of an application. You will liaise with other IT Managers, Business Owners, Suppliers as well as internal and external Stakeholders to ensure the delivery of robust, customer-focused IT solutions. To be successful, you will be agile in nature, able to adapt to an ever changing IT landscape and will be approachable, flexible and supportive towards the team you are assigned to drive engagement and innovation.
