The Business Management Office is responsible for the group's ongoing planning, administrative and organizational development activities. These include management of the Financials, Headcount, Real Estate and Vendor Management Planning Processes, as well as providing ongoing support to the ICG Technology Production Support Leadership Team. **Role Overview:** We are looking for a Business Unit Management Analyst to join the Production Support Business Office. The successful candidate will be a key resource supporting the Production Support Management Office for ICG Technology Production Support. This is a global role in the Production Support Central Business Support group rolling up to the Production Support Chief of Staff. **Responsibilities:** + Working alongside Business Unit managers, Recruiting, Finance and Vendor Management to understand and track each group's headcount, identify trends and resolve issues as they emerge in addition to ensuring, accuracy in reporting, on-boarding and termination of resources + Assisting BU managers and leading in managing financial reporting, monthly analysis and forecasting activities, client charge-backs, as well as accruals, and the yearly budgeting process for each group + Serving as a business partner to Finance, Human Resources, Vendor Management, the Staffing Office and Technology + Communication of financial policies and procedures including management of business global communication strategy. + Communication of Production Support Senior Management initiatives and updates; including writing, producing & publishing of information + Managing strategic cost reduction and location strategic initiatives + Oversight of Global FTE hiring, travel, and rewards scheme; including approvals and cost tracking + Championing of Belfast Office Space including, but not limited to, seating plans, supplies, tech updates and forecasting of seat utilization. + Participating in and providing support for significant Operations ad-hoc projects and Production Support initiatives **Key Skills/Competencies:** + Experience in Financial Services, preferably in a Finance, Expense Management, Business Office, Chief of Staff or Chief Admin Office role + Excellent PowerPoint presentation skill is a must + Marketing background would be desirable + Analytical ability, strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Good interpersonal skills, ability to interact with Senior Management + Strong written communications. + A good team player with the ability to multi- task + Knowledge of ICG products and business processes is desirable + Understanding of Corporate Finance processes + Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative + Ability to manage deliverables within aggressive time-frames; ability to cope under time pressures **Education:** + Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience _Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.
