Job Description
Role: Junior Consultant based in London, reporting to Senior Manager Professional Services, EMEA About Trintech: Trintech is the leading provider of financial solutions for the record-to-report process cycle. Principal Responsibilities: At Trintech, we're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business of software as a service (SaaS). We work hard, and we're serious about what we do. As a Junior Consultant, you will engage independently with customers to implement Trintech's suite of enterprise software applications within the UK/EMEA. You will generally work as part of a team supporting Senior Consultants and Project Managers on configuration and development activities, input into the project planning and liaise directly with customers through the configuration and testing cycles. As you advance your knowledge of the Trintech software and methodology, you will be given the opportunity to manage smaller projects, mentor newer team members and enhance your skills. You will have the opportunity to develop your career to Consultant and Senior Consultant roles where you will be responsible for delivering more complex and higher risk projects. Key objectives are to implement and configure Trintech's software solutions as a part of team, in accordance with the project scope, timeframe, manage project issues and customer expectations, deliver on-time solutions, and maintain/improve high customer satisfaction. Essential Knowledge & Abilities: * Interest in technology, finance and the Record to Report marketplace * Working knowledge of financial operations and applications * Ability to interact with members of customer's accounting and finance teams * Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects effectively and efficiently * Ability to effectively communicate in verbal & written formats * Understanding of project methodologies & techniques * Strong work ethic with a collaborative approach to working * Willingness to travel, at times up to 50% per month * Ability to work in high-pressure and fast response situations * Dynamic and problem-solving attitude - even software can make mistakes
