Overview HR Programme Lead Fixed Term Contract (6 months) Location: Quorum Business Park, Longbenton 37 hours per week Salary: Competitive Do you want to join us on our future journey? We are delighted to have the following opportunity in our People Team We are excited to be looking for a HR Programme Lead to support us in making some key strategic changes and how we support, manage and work with our key Casual workforce. The role will focus on managing a programme of work that will focus on the centralisation of our Casual workforce. It's a wide reaching role that will require you to work closely with our operational teams and well as our professional areas to ensure that our processes, practices and systems are optimised. To be successful in this role, you would have a strong HR / employment law background with proven Project Management experience with the ability to work to deadlines, influence and manage multiple stakeholders. You will have experience of managing and / or working with a flexible workforce and have a good working knowledge of IR35. We manage strategic and transactional HR and are multidiscipline, comprising of Talent, L&D and People Services. This role will be closely aligned to our Project Management Office (PMO) who take responsibility for the successful completion of key works areas within NCFE Why NCFE?
