HR Generalist based in Northumberland on a competitive salary Human Resources Generalist| Northumberland Your new company I have recently registered a new and exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a well-established organisation based in Northumberland. My client is a well-known, well established organisation that is has multiple offices located around the UK. They are on the lookout for a HR Professional to oversee the NE site and be the main point of contact within this region. Your new role As the HR Generalist you will be responsible for offering HR support and guidance on the policies and procedures to managers and workforce throughout the organisation. You will also oversee the newly acquired offices. You will have an HR Administrator reporting into you. What you'll need to succeed You will also be responsible for the following: Implementation of a new attendance systems Employee Relations TUPE Implementation of HR policies and procedures Deliver HR training to managers and employees Absence management Recruitment and selection service for permanent and temporary vacancies What you'll get in return You will have the following skills/experience: CIPD (qualification or working towards) Previous or current experience working within HR Employment Law knowledge Absence Management knowledge Employee Relations Driving License Understanding redundancy processes What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
