Salary : 19,500-22,000 Area: Lambeth/Wandsworth MiHomecare, a leading provider of domiciliary care are recruiting for a experienced, efficient and organised Field Care Supervisor to support our Lambeth and Wandsworth areas. The main responsibilities of the role are to: Attending spot checks in clients homes Undertaking risk assessments Visit, assess & review Customer needs to produce appropriate care plans in line with contractual requirements Cover for Support Workers as & when required Promotion of a professional image for MiHomecare in dealing with new and care packages for Customers & commissioning CQC. Assist in day to day management of the local branch business & facilitate local service delivery To succeed in this role you'll be an experienced Field Care Supervisor, committed to delivering an excellent quality service. You'll have experience in risk assessment & mentoring or staff supervision as well as medication audits. You'll also be able to plan and manage your own workload efficiently & effectively. QUALIFICATIONS: NVQ Level 2 in Health and social care or equivalent desired REQUIREMENTS: Driving Licence and Vehicle Strong communication, both oral and written Strong IT skills, using Microsoft Office, knowledge of People Planner desired Ability to build strong working relationships both internally & externally A good sense of humor Reliable & flexible to the needs of the business A team player & also able to work alone using your own initiative If this sound's like the role for you please apply straight away!
