Job Description
We are looking to hire a number of experienced IT Recruitment Consultant's to build a new desk as part of our expansion plans for our Canary Wharf office. The hires are being driven by demand from our existing client base. * Suitable applicants must have 2-5 years or more IT recruitment experience and be passionate about recruitment. * Proven track record of revenue generation, business development and maintaining client retention * Ideally you will have worked on an IT contract desk but will look at applicants from perm IT desks * Ability to work in a small team, good cultural fit, strong communication skills with a can do attitude * You will have a strong Technology understanding / expertise in the IT markets * Not afraid of getting on the phones and winning business. In return, we will be offering a good package with uncapped commission. We are also looking for leadership qualities for this team
