Who You Are As a Project Manager for EU funded projects, you will be responsible for spearheading cutting edge pilot projects for INFARM's future. Responsibilities * Handle and manage the Gantt chart of responsibilities for the entirety of the project * Responsible for coordinating administrative costings for reimbursement submissions * Stakeholder management within the Infarm team as well as our consortium partners * Work with our monitoring officer for the project to make sure all tasks are on track * Follow a defined workflow and schedule * Use an online reporting system for all project documentation * Travel between London and Newcastle University when necessary Requirements * Experience with EU funded projects and the bureaucratic style of work * Task and stakeholder management skills * Valid driver's license is preferred due to travel between London and Newcastle * Flexible with a proactive attitude and hands-on approach * Effective verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management * Strong attention to detail Location You will be based in our London plant hub, as well as our lab at Newcastle University
