About the Role: The People Business Partner position sits within the generalist PEOPLE team, and partners with the EMEA business across the board in delivering, and supporting, general frameworks, as well as a deeper dive into specific partnering portfolios. The People Business Partner (EMEA) is a crucial senior role in the People team. This role leads HR support for the EMEA region (UK, France, Spain, Turkey, and the UAE), building relationships with key leaders, developing an understanding of EMEA goals and pain points, and building a plan for effective business partnering in the region. This could include providing professional support, guidance and leadership relating to organisational changes, ER, performance management, reward support and other consultative activities. The role is primarily intended to provide Business Partnering but will also take ownership of all recruitment for the EMEA region (this is anticipated to be a small aspect of the role). About You: You will understand the need to juggle, rolling up your sleeves to tackle operational matters, whilst also balancing strategicpartnering work. You will have a real chance to showcase your talent in progressive HR thinking; taking full ownership on areas of business assigned to you, identifying areas for improvement, and new, innovative processes, and getting your teeth stuck into key projects. With a natural capability to thrive in an ever changing landscape, you'lldo so within a fun filled, progressive team environment.As a starter for success, you will bring the following to the team: * Solid ER experience including management of disciplinaries and provision of advice on performance matters * Experience with setting up business partnering and re-establishing relationships where managers are unclear on the value of HR * Experience with multi-jurisdictional employment law * Demonstrable skills in teamwork in a small team * Leadership of HR processes and the ability to review, re-appraise and streamline those processes as needed * Ability to roll with the punches and work in an environment where 'not all rules are applied' and bespoke solutions are required to get the best business outcome * HR related qualifications preferred but not essential We have a team culture with emphasis on personal growth, development, nudging the boundaries and having fun.
