Job Description Working in a dynamic, innovative and fast paced environment, the Account Manager will be dually responsible for two main functions. Effectively managing an existing base of Virtual Events Customers where you will be in responsible for the retention, growth and general day-to-day account management (with the goal of growing usage and increasing the frequency and number of Virtual events users). Engaging with clients and applying a solutions-based approach to designing, creating, and executing Events. Key tasks * Manage and increase revenue within existing client base by expanding usage and up-selling additional NTT Digital Event services. * Be an expert in NTT's Event products, solutions, policies and procedures * Categorisation of base accounts by growth opportunity. * Maintain accurate records within the company's sales database * Demonstrate accurate forecasting and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. * Work to improve personal sales skills, industry knowledge and efficiency. * Perform other assigned tasks as requested Key Result Areas * Achieve and/or surpass individual revenue targets by effective account management and growth of existing assigned base of accounts. * Proactive penetration of assigned base, to multiple business functions and promotion of Webcast solutions. * Account strategy with contact mapping in a documented plan * Successful performance against KPIs (calls, meetings, proposals, one-off and committed event deals) * Improve sales and business skills to be ready to handle more and varied responsibilities. * Adopt and practice team & Arkadin values * Professional management of Event customers, providing prompt and accurate support * Post event customer satisfaction * Optimum Event Success Rate * Positively influence customer retention * Actively seek providers to assist on high profile events - Set Up Meetings, Quote and Invoice Qualifications * Strong account management, organization and multi-tasking skills * Excellent telephone manner and client facing skills (verbal and written). * The ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot issues independently * Work effectively individually as well as part of the sales team * A minimum of 2 years' experience in a B2B client facing role, 1+ years selling/account management/customer service experience * Excellent working knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office applications * Partner with customers to ensure all customer needs are understood and fulfilled on time * Conduct information gathering and follow-up meetings with customers before and after the Event execution * Establish expectations with customer on timelines, requirements, and needs * Book, schedule and provision Event activity * Work with Customer Operations and Billing team for timely delivery of invoicing and value-added services * Update job knowledge and databases through documentation and communication with managers, the Client Care team, and others within the business * Actively work on Quotes for clients and assist with Billing to ensure correct Invoicing * Ensure correct pricing is visible to billing Team - update spreadsheets with new client information * Request Invoicing levels for new clients and ensure they are being billed correctly * Other duties as assigned Additional Information n/a Qualifications: Strong account management, organization and multi-tasking skills Excellent telephone manner and client facing skills (verbal and written).
