Perhaps the most well-regarded Property Litigation Team across the North West has an opening in its Property Litigation Department in Manchester for an ambitious and passionate property litigation solicitor to join its award-winning Commercial Team at associate level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a property litigation associate solicitor who is passionate about property law and property litigation and wants to join a rapidly expanding and award-winning department dealing with high-quality work. Your role will be to manage a varied caseload (for example 1954 Act renewals; general L&T; property contract disputes; dilapidations; title defect issues such as boundary or right of way disputes and other property litigation matters). You will be an experienced property litigation associate solicitor likely with 2-5 years' PQE. As a strong litigator with a sound technical background, you must have proven commercial property litigation experience (whether property litigation, commercial litigation or insurance litigation).
