Celonis is actively driving business in the UKI since 2018 with an office in London and we are currently significantly growing our team in this region. As a customer-centric business, we currently building a Customer Success team from scratch in the UK to work with our UKI customers which are some of the largest brands in the market such as Vodafone, BT, BP, GSK, etc... As a Customer Success Lead you will build/grow/lead the CS team in the UKI. You and your team are the face of the CSM function for our high value UKI customers. While managing the Customer Success team you will be also driving proactive, cross-functional alignment and collaboration between sales, services, pre-sales, support and product in service to customers and partners. You personally will oversee and manage the largest customers in your industry cluster within the UKI region. YOU...
