Internal Recruitment Co-ordinator - 20-24K depending on experience (9 month maternity cover) Are you an organised, outgoing Recruitment Administrator or Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a new challenge? Maybe you don't like the sales element of recruitment but you love talking to people?! We are not a recruitment agency but we are growing and recruitment is very important to us. We aim to provide our business and teams with an excellent recruitment service and we want to give the best candidate experience that people have ever had! A tall order - can you help?This role will be a 9 month maternity cover, however there could be a possibility of this being more permanent as time goes on, due to expansion and growth. We are grateful that we arecompany that can work from home easily, and sowe all started doing this a week before lockdown. We are reviewing this as time passes and government advice changes but for now we can work from home, so we are. We'll provide you with whatever you might need in order to work comfortably from home, apart from an extra room... we can't do extensions, sorry! :) But if you have a quiet space that you can work in, we can do the rest. We are just over110 people from 19 different countries. We're a really friendly bunch, intelligent and inquisitive. We develop software for global companies and most of the people here work in software teams. At the heart of the company is the business support team. We are here to look after our people and to make sure that this is a great place to work, as well as ensuring that the business functions well. As a company we work hard but we have an outstanding work-life balance and we're very grateful for it, it's one of the reasons the software we develop is so good :) We share general office and admin tasks and we have areas of main responsibility, this allows us to make sure all the important things get done! Whilst ensuring that no one is left to do something alone or without support. We need someone great who will focus on making sure that our recruitmentis spot on. That means that candidate records are correct and up to date, interviews are booked in the right place with the right people, adverts are live and posted in the right places. Our Developers do the interviewing so you don't need to have technical interviewing experience. However,you do needexperience of talking to candidates. You'll be the first person a candidate speaks to and giving them the best impression of us is essential! You also need to be confidentasking questions to understand who might fit well here, telling people about Headforwards and recommending the best people for the next stages. You might also have to do some persuading here and there, if you think someone is great then we need you to make sure the hiringteam knows it :) We are a great company to work for, we really care about our staff and their happiness. We offer 25 days holiday, rising by a day a year until you hit 30 days - plus the 8 UK bank holidays, of course. We have a relatively flat structure which means there are no 'managers' telling people what to do. There are people who help look after teams butwork as a team to make decisions and to get things done. We have core hours between 10am-4.30pm so your start and end times can be flexible as long as you work those core hours and work 37.5 hours in the week. And we're flexible if people need to take longer lunches etc What will you be doing? * Providing an excellent candidate experience from application through to day one * Taking part in briefing meetings for roles * Writing and posting recruitment adverts, ensuring end dates are valid * Recording where we have advertised for labour market test evidencing (for home office purposes) * Liaising with our recruitment marketing suppliers * Reviewing applications alongside other team members * Calling candidates to understand more about their situation and telling them about us * Processing candidate applications * Processing candidate testing * Organising video interviews (and face to face interviews when we're back in the office) * Discussing and negotiatingoffers with the teams and with candidates * Providing feedback to candidates at each stage * Keeping teams updated with recruitment progress * Supporting with producing recruitment reports * Assisting with visa and accommodation/relocation questions and support * Keeping in touch with candidates from offer to day one and ensuring they have all they need * Sending new starter emails and information ahead of their first day * Ensuring a smooth handover to welfare/people support who look after our employee experience Essential experience and skills * Experience of providing recruitment administration support in a busy team * Experience talking to candidates and providing them with a great experience * Good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) * Outgoing personality and not afraid to ask questions and talk to people * Excellent written
