Job Description
Clackmannanshire and Stirling Justice Services are seeking to introduce a Justice Services CPN post. The post holder will provide support to individuals with mental health needs who are subject to community based orders as well as providing an in-reach service to those in custody nearing release to ensure a seamless transition for them back into the community. Within the Forth Valley area there is a commitment to tackling inequalities and a strong focus inclusion. We are seeking a dynamic and forward thinking Registered Mental Health Nurse. Experience working in a community mental health setting would be advantageous. The post holder will have a focus on sustainable and high quality service delivery and will be critical to the embedding and development of this new role. The post holder would work in partnership with Justice Services, SPS and other agencies to provide an accessible and responsive service to meet the mental health needs of individuals, thus helping to support the individual's engagement with statutory supervision requirements. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
