Turnitin is seeking to hire a Renewal Administrator to work with existing customers to support our large customer base of schools, Colleges and Universities in our EMEA region.In this role, you will be responsible for quoting and ensuring the continuation and renewal of a broad portfolio of customers, as well as following time-sensitive and highly structured administrative processes. As a Renewal Administrator, you will become part of our team of customer-focused Account Managers, joining a great environment for learning, and being able to grow professionally over time. Position Responsibilities: * Responsible for the end to end renewal process. Keeping customers informed of their upcoming renewal, creating and providing renewal quotes, delivering electronically to customers, and ultimately receiving and processing the PO from each customer in a timely fashion. * Manage a large book of business and ensure routine customer engagement; * Work closely and collaboratively with each Account Manager supporting them and ensuring their book of business is managed and developed in accordance with their strategic plan; * Document all interactions and next steps with customers in our CRM Salesforce.com; * Follow defined renewal process and procedures; * Become proficient in our products' value propositions and pricing; * Identify customer needs and escalate queries to the appropriate department; * Report data precisely and control CRM systems to track own performance; and * Progress in your own personal development. Qualifications Required experience and abilities: * Able to manage a large volume of customer renewals; * Capable with Spreadsheets/excel; * Technically adept with Google suite; * Fluent written and verbal English, and Spanish or German * Self-motivated, passionate and thriving in a fast-paced environment; * Diligent, organized and detail-oriented. * Strong knowledge and experience with a CRM such as Salesforce * Perform other duties as assigned. Education and skills: * Bachelor's Degree in related field; * Curiosity and passion for learning are critical in this role. * Be a good communicator, both verbal and written. Able to explain concepts clearly and concisely. * Excellent problem solving and time management skills. * Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter and motivated passionate personality that thrives in a fast-paced environment. * Strong technical aptitude and critical thinking skills.
