Job Description

One of our clients based in Reading are not slowing down on their recruitment drive but are looking to expand their development team and bring in a Software Development Manager to help drive the development team on their current urgent projects. Our client are extremely busy at the moment as they're a cloud solutions provider so provide intranet based SaaS solutions to clients all across the globe and need someone with extensive technology experience to come in a help the team out! The role is primarily hands on so they're not looking for someone who is too far removed from technology as this is not a pure management position but it is one where you'll get your hands dirty daily in coding whilst leading and mentoring a team. In order to be considered for this role is would be nice to have some of the following skills: * Front End development experience with HTML 5 & CSS 3 * Excellent experience working with the MS stack (C#& .NET) * Comfortable working with JS frameworks(primarily Angular) * Knowledge of Azure, Azure DevOps and Microservcies * Proven leadership ability * Extensive and current hands on programming skills * Experience working with RESTful API's Whilst the majority of these skills are great to have, ultimately they're looking for a strong all rounder who can provide both hands on and hands off technical skills to the wider team and business.
