Reports To Senior Manager, Quality Engineering What You Will Be Doing ChargePoint is expanding internationally and is looking for an experienced QA engineer who is fluent in German and Dutch. You must also be able to communicate in English with the Engineering team. ChargePoint software, which includes the station UI, driver portal and admin portal as well as charging apps on iOS and Android, needs some localization TLC. We are looking for people with local knowledge and language skills to help bring the caliber of our localized applications up to par with the US suite of products.You will work closely with the engineering and product teams to create test plans, identify components for automation, write and execute the test cases for ChargePoint web & mobile applications. This position requires an individual who is a team player, an excellent communicator, creative, data driven and results oriented. Responsibilities * Find bugs and apply engineering rigor to reproduce and diagnose those bugs * Write concise and descriptive bug reports and present test results to other project stakeholders clearly and effectively * Conduct exploratory tests to check if the localized product feels native and report linguistic bugs where UI text is hard to understand * Troubleshoot bugs filed to reproduce issues, verify steps to reproduce and prioritize for fixes * Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, test plans, and test scenarios for all applicable requirements * Monitor and report software issues across multiple projects * Lead the creation of test plans - including technical and business requirements * Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes * Act as a subject matter expert role for localization projects and initiatives Requirements * 0-2 years of experience in software development/testing field * Fluent in German, Dutch and English * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills * Great attention to detail with a result-driven test approach * Self-motivated with ability to work independently and cross-functionally * Bachelors or Masters in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering Location Reading, UK We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
