Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE You will be responsible for selling online courses in partnership with prestigious global universities to prospective local / international students and their representatives. In your role you will be driving enrolment (sales) numbers via phone & email by applying a consultative selling style. You will be managing a pipeline of prospects using a CRM system. During this role, you will have an opportunity to develop an in-depth knowledge of our courses, business services, support services and the application process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Selling by utilising phone and in some instances email, SMS and other online engagement tools. You will be contacting marketing generated leads and progressing them through the sales funnel over given periods. * Provide each prospective student with a solution that is relevant to their experience and aspirations. * Advising prospective students and their representatives on a suitable course and assisting them with the registration process * Managing and reporting on your pipeline successfully to achieve quarterly enrolment/sales targets * Utilising CRM system you will maintain detailed personal records for each prospect in order to deliver a highly engaging personalised experience. * Participating in developing new and innovative ideas for workflows and messaging to improve personal and team performance * Work with team members to develop sales techniques and shape collateral Requirements Essential Experince: * Previous experience working in a B2C/B2B sales, consultancy/advisory or customer services position * Experience using a CRM and pipeline to manage client relationships * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for cross-cultural communications * Highly results orientated with a high level of self-motivation * Fast learner * Ability to work under pressure, while achieving conversion targets * Extremely organised and the ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively * Self-motivated and self-directed * Can work effectively from our offices and remotely from home * Ability to deal professionally with a wide range of people Ideal Experince : * Previous experience or a personal interest for the education industry * Good understanding the commercial challenges of converting prospects into students Benefits We offer lots of flexibility, competitive base salary, bonus and benefits in a collaborative work environment.
