The EMEA Consumer Relationship Centre is at the heart of our strategy to engage with our players. The CRC provides our consumers with an awesome experience with each individual contact and drives the consumer focused agenda to every level of the organisation. Job Description The EMEA CRC is constantly investigating ways to provide a better experience for our players, and our current initiatives focus on a tighter integration between our support website and the various systems - data, automation, machine learning, etc. - we depend on. To achieve our vision, we need an enthusiastic, talented and versatile Website and Automation Projects Specialist. Your role will be to act as a liaison between the operational stakeholders and the teams in charge of creating and maintaining the support website that serves as the main point of contact between our support teams and our players. You will be tasked with * Gathering, organizing and documenting the request of various parties, prioritizing them based on operational needs and conveying them clearly to the development-focused teams. * Keeping the operational team abreast of the development roadmap and potential blockers * Developing a solid understanding of our operational processes and workflows as well as the technical aspects of the support website, allowing you to participate in discussions to design our support strategy.
