Stratton Mills are recruiting for a passionate and caring Health Care Assistant to work Full time for our client in the Bagillt/ Flint Area. The successful candidate will be working full time in a care home on a permanent basis. You will support residents and add value to their lives through assisting them in their daily activities, be that with; personal care, companionship or general support. Some experience is preferred however our emphasis is upon gaining new members of staff that truly care for residents, as a positive can-do attitude will greatly benefit the post holder and the residents.
