Ubik Group is seeking a talented Marketing Project Manager Consultant for a 6 month+ role for a large corporation in London (Belgrave House). This contractor role will lead key processes that underpin the execution of partnerships and experiences in the UK. The role requires a detail-oriented and process-driven candidate to support the management of owned assets and marketing approvals. They will help develop and implement a strategy for the allocation of owned assets, serving the needs of the enterprise business. They will also be the lead for ensuring the team follows all required approval processes to ensure the team's work is compliant, as well as upholding our values of creativity and excellence. The role will have a particular focus on working internally with our many stakeholders and partners across all parts of the business. The candidate should have strong relationship-building instincts, that can work flexibly and with finesse to deliver both brand and business value. This role will involve oversight of several processes with multiple stakeholders; therefore organisation, project management and communication skills are critical. Collaboration capabilities will be key. This person's specific responsibilities will include: · Support the development of a strategy for owned assets across marquee partnerships and events. · Lead the interaction with business units for the allocation of owned ticketing assets for key partnerships and events. · Team champion for compliance and tax department, and other approvals processes for owned ticketing and marketing execution. · Spearhead the colleague and project team recognition process related to the events. · Liaison with key external partners including contractors and agencies. · Production of supporting materials to educate colleagues about the owned ticketing and hospitality process. · Partner with various colleagues across the business to support the colleague engagement plan to drive awareness of partnerships and events. · Oversee any budget management required to execute hospitality experiences. · Adhoc support for other team priorities during the year. Qualifications: * Highly-organised individual, able to process, clearly articulate and oversee complex projects independently. * Possesses a superior partnership orientation and relationship building; strong experience in highly collaborative products, processes and cross-business execution. * Creative instincts, with an ability to work closely with multiple parties, inspire breakthrough ideas, and solve problems quickly. * Professional maturity and presence; with highly-effective communication skills. This position will be interacting with Executive Offices. * Proficiency in budget and process management. * High energy, self-starter, team-oriented, innovative and entrepreneurial spirit. * Service-minded and customer-first orientation is a must. Must be willing to operate at all levels, since the role includes administrative work. * Experience navigating a large, matrixed organization would be helpful. * Passion for live events, entertainment and sport.
