We are looking for a motivated software engineer to join our Integration Team to help continue our mission. Located in Edinburgh city centre, with stunning views, you will be working with our great team in a friendly environment. You will be involved in all stages of development from ideas and architecture through to deployment and support. The role * Our system is directly integrated into hundreds of hospitals. These integrations communicate to our cloud based SAAS solution. * You would be on the team delivering system integration and interfaces across the UK and globe. This includes project based developments alongside product development of the platform. * With regular and frequent release cycles you will be delivering value directly to users. * Working in a teams using agile methodologies, modern devops processes and focus on continual improvement. Technologies we use * Our products are developed using a range of technologies with a primary focus on .NET. * C#, RabbitMQ, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Elasticsearch and MS SQL. * Azure services - As part of our migration to Azure you will have the opportunity to use the latest technology to deliver the best solutions. * Other technology used throughout the company includes Git, Xamarin (iOS & Android), HTML/CSS, React.JS, WinForms, etc. * As big fans of automation we love Azure DevOps & Octopus Deploy. Requirements Who are we looking for? * Commercial experience as software engineer, including with .NET. * An understanding of software development and a modern engineering mindset. * The ability to work in a team with members from multiple disiplines. * Good communication skills and attention to detail. * A problem solver who takes pride in the quality of their work. * A pragmatist who can balance long and short terms goals.
