WorldRemit is sending remittances from over 50 send countries to over 150 receive countries and the number is growing monthly. Each of these corridors have different commercial and competitive characteristics We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst that will support our data driven culture, leveraging the ever-expanding range of data sources we have available to improve our decisions, from exploring our competitive landscape to understanding the way customers use our service. Responsibilities As a Marketing Analytics Manager, you will use your analytical abilities to provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to shape our marketing performance across channels. Your solutions will influence international decisions and create new opportunities to drive growth. On the technical side, you will be working with a wide variety of technologies (e.g. Tableau, SQL, Python or R...), data sets, and techniques to get to actionable insights. More specifically, to: * Analyse the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns across channels - Google, SEO, Facebook, and other partners * Identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis, and champion the usage of data to derive insights and drive action across the business * Recognize and priorities opportunities which will provide the largest return through actionable insights * Devise methodologies that will allow us to evaluate theimpact of projection the different business KPIs so we focus our effort on the right things * Automate reporting processes and dashboards , audit data from external sources and aggregate information from multiple data sources * Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure analytical insights are at the heart of company decisions Skill and Experience * 4+ years of experience in data analysis ideally within a business to consumer industry. Experience in international markets and/or fast-growing companies particularly valued * Very strong SQL skills, able to handle complex data structures from multiple sources (Big Data, conventional DBs) and different areas (digital, transactional, marketing...) * Experience with SEM, Google, SEO, or Social (Facebook) strongly preferred * Experience with customer analytics (churn, lifetime value, segmentation...) * Experience building dashboard or self-serve tools, withpreference for Tableau * Experience using statistical methods to create models and analyse large dataset using a language of your choice (e.g. R, Python) * Advanced level experience with Excel What's in it for you... * Life assurance of 3 times your salary, should the worst happen * Pension scheme offering 8% matched contributions * Private medical and dental care plans * 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 28 after 3 years * No formal dress code * Free breakfast and fruit every day Oh and of course we'll pay you every month, at a competitive rate.
