Provide accurate and swift client contact, administration and team liaison to get the answers your dedicated Consultant needs. Your varied client portfolio will range from multi-national companies, global retailers and even financial sectors! Your Role: * Supporting the lead consultant by anticipating and responding to the on-going and future needs and objectives of clients. Maintain and develop strong relationships with both new and existing corporate clients * Assist with pension market evaluations including issuing and collating tender responses and assisting with the implementation of workplace pension schemes. * Provide pension governance by arranging meetings with committee members. Prepare and distribute the agenda and governance packs. * Attend and actively participate in the client meetings, handling the action points from meetings / matters arising/ * Develop effective internal and 3rd party relationships to assist in providing an efficient professional service to clients in line with service agreements and manage their expectations on work being undertaken * Assisting lead consultants in monitoring income to ensure financial control over the budget achieved, including obtaining sign off for any additional services agreed by the client * Effective time management ensuring all client deadlines and service levels are met Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications: * GCSE grade A-C in English and Mathematics, A-Levels or equivalent would be an advantage. Group Risk and/or Healthcare industry qualifications would really set you apart. (i.e. CII GR1/IF7) * Happy to undertake or obtain relevant professional qualifications relevant to the CII or Pensions Management. With a strong technical knowledge of Corporate DC pensions, Group Risk and Healthcare. * Outstanding communication, listening, report writing and presenting skills; IT proficient and keen to develop your knowledge in an ongoing capacity! * Demonstrable experience within similar role in Financial Services, or Financial Services administration with good customer service and relationship building skills * Highly accurate, with superb attention to detail, excellent organisation skills able to work achieve deadlines and manage multiple tasks. * Eligible to work in the UK.
