Overview
Exclusively partnered with a rapidly expanding EBC based in Birmingham. My client, an award winning firm who operate both in the UK and Internationally currently seeks an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join their growing and successful team. The main purpose of this role is to maintain and develop a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive the most appropriate benefits advice and solutions and work in partnership with the Account Manages to ensure exceptional service delivery. Key responsibilities; Provide consultancy on the full range of Employee Benefits products and services, in particular Group Pensions, Risk Benefits such as Life Cover and Income Protection, and Flexible Benefits and Wellness Programmes Provide clients with information on new and existing products and services to ensure their benefits offering remains competitive Consult with clients to explain the potential benefits and disadvantages of various products and services Create, build and maintain long term client relationships, through quality of service and advice, meeting clients face to face where possible Work in conjunction with the relevant Account Manager to ensure clients receive outstanding customer service, including agreement of strategy for new clients and regular catch ups with AMs regarding best practice and updates on specific clients Adhere to compliance procedures and comply with the regulations of the Financial Conduct Authority, completing compliance assessments as required Proactively keep up to date with the benefits market including new products and trends In order to be considered for this role, applicants MUST be working in an Employee Benefits focused role and have experience of managing clients benefit arrangements. A stand out profile will be someone that holds the Level 4 Qualification and have gained some exposure to International Consulting.
