About the Role: Reporting in to the Head of Operational Excellence, the Project Manager is responsible for delivering world class operations transformation across the Beauty division, identifying and implementing operational efficiencies and enabling global growth. Key projects will include the further internationalisation of the Lookfantastic business, ensuring operational excellence across global warehouses (Singapore, China, India etc). Key responsibilities will include: * Consulting and advising the business on how to build and continuously improve core processes to optimise performance * Developing analytical insight to inform and influence business decision making * Identifying root cause of problems and instigate improvement and resolution initiatives * Reduce costs and increase service through delivery of strategic change * Ensuring delivery of projects on time, in full and within budget * Understanding and documenting the baseline and current state of services and functions, defining the 'to be' state including TOM, organisation design, business process, information flows, operational framework and performance metrics * Engaging a wide group of colleagues and 3rd party suppliers to actively support improvement projects and research activity * Future thinking (1-3 years ahead), ensuring all initiatives are scalable and solution orientated Requirements * Proven track record of working across multiple channels and delivery of various sized projects, ideally within a global FMCG business * Strong understanding of various change management and business improvement methodologies e.g. Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, Agile * Confident in presenting to Senior Leadership teams, with the ability to respond to challenges and performance and articulate plans in a clear and concise manner * Impeccable organisational skills, with the ability to manage workflow and budgets effectively, working to strict deadlines * Ability to build rapport at all levels and ensure 'buy in' to all projects, leading the teams in an environment of high change * Excellent communication skills Benefits * Competitive salary * Company bonus scheme * Company pension scheme * On-site Doctor * Employee discounts
