Regulatory Affairs Project Manager - Biocides Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking an experienced Biocides regulatory affairs professional to join us as a Project Manager in the UK (Harrogate, Manchester, Oxford or London). Role responsibilities The Regulatory Affairs Project Manager will work closely with clients to develop robust regulatory strategies to help ensure the clients project success. He/she will manage all aspects of the regulatory process supporting approval of active substances and product formulations including authority meetings and product advocacy. Working closely with technical experts, he/she will conduct thorough regulatory reviews to ensure information is of the highest quality for regulatory submission. Other responsibilities include (not limited to): * Actively involved with the preparation of active substance and biocidal product dossiers and co-ordinate projects, including setting up of projects, client liaison and on-time delivery of work to clients and meeting regulatory deadlines * Define actions and identify and utilize resources to achieve project tasks or objectives; ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget, that deliverables meet quality standards and that goals are aligned to desired project results * Understand client's desired outcomes and work collaboratively to ensure deliverables meet quality standards * Work closely with clients, representing ERM in client meetings and act as a focal point for selected key clients * Working with the wider biocides team of experts to ensure client and regulatory deadlines are met * Provide client and internal team with support on EU Regulation 528/2012 as required * Assist in the personal development of other members of the team, as appropriate * Contribute to the commercial growth of the business through actively participating in the wider business development activities such as client visits, conferences and expert groups relevant to expert area, as appropriate Skill & experience requirement: * Educated to degree level within chemistry, biology or other related disciplines * Strong working knowledge of EU Biocides regulations * Experienced in the preparation of dossiers for biocidal active substances and biocidal products * Experience with and a knowledge of current efficacy testing requirements for biocidal products would be an advantage * Good presentation skills are expected * Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment and across discipline * Strong commitment to delivering high quality work that exceeds clients' expectations * Strong commitment to safety, including following established Health and Safety protocols * Excellent communicator (written/verbal) with the ability to listen, organise and prioritise * Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to work well with others and passion to help others develop To apply Please submit your resume and brief cover letter (in English) including salary expectation.
