Job Description
PROJECT MANAGER - SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION, SAAS, CRM - MARKET LEADING SAAS TECH PROVIDER - SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT, CRM SYSTEMS, SAAS APPLICATIONS, AGILE DEVELOPMENT, PRINCE2 - BIRMINGHAM- BETWEEN 50K-65K + BENEFITS My client are a market leading SaaS solution specialist who are currently looking to add to their Projects team. Due to gaining new clients through a new product release they now have a need to add to this team. The Project Manager will be responsible from inception of greenfield IT projects through to delivery and resourcing. The Project Manager will be responsible for: * Liaising with clients to understand technical landscape * Dealing with internal and external stakeholders to plan projects in line with customer needs * Documenting key risks, information gaps and dependencies in the project plan * Monitoring implementation progress * Keeping all internal and external stakeholders updated on the progress of the project * Confidently communicating project status and raise alerts * Coordinating timelines for new work deliverables The Project Manager will ideally have the following experience * Ideally have worked in a client facing capacity or within professional services before * Experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders up to C-Level * Experience managing software implementation projects through to delivery * Although they do not need to come from a technical background per se they will need to have a good technical understanding and be able to communicate with tech teams * A Prince 2 certification is not a must but would be helpful.
