CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGERS REQUIRED FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!! BASED IN BIRMINGHAM £500PER DAY 6 MONTH CONTRACTING POSITION (INSIDE IR35) My client is a well known national organisation and due to an expansion they are looking to recruit 2 Creative Project Managers to join their creative department. The roles are pivotal working within a lean structure project managing creative briefs and working with external agencies to ensure the end to end delivery is on target, on time and to the expected standard. The creative projects will include digital, print, social media, advertising and a whole range of difference creative work. The ideal candidate would have worked within an agency or in-house creative department. The 2 positions are 6 month contracting day rate positions. [ The role ] - The end-to-end project management and delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative work - You will provide communications, editorial, design and brand guidance to internal clients and be the liaison point for the delivery of the work via our external suppliers or small in-house team to deliver a comprehensive suite of creative collateral - Collaborate with team members from across the Directorate contributing to the development and delivery of high-performing, insight-led strategic communications - Carry out thorough and accurate proofing and sense checks on final draft documents and video edits ahead of deadlines for sending them to print - Obtaining written quotes and timescales for work from our external suppliers and, liaise with our clients about the appropriateness of those quotes and timescales - Manage fast-turn around request and approaches at short notice and to tight deadlines when appropriate - Develop content across a range of communications channels [ Person and skills required ] - Creative project management skills - ability to turn client requests into robust creative briefs that align to corporate objectives - Client management skills - ability to negotiate with clients to agree objectives, time-lines and costs and to secure approval and sign-off at all levels - Communication skills - ability to draft, re-draft, edit and proof-read copy, scripts, and digital content - Ability to extract insights from opinion research and apply to creative work - Knowledge of how print, digital and social media channels should tell a coherent integrated story, appropriately tailored to audience - Experience of working in a creative agency or in-house brand and creative team - Experience of complex creative project management and production schedules - Experience of artwork/repro/print/film production/finishing digital processes where necessary - Experience of marketing communications - Experience of working on infrastructure projects or with public sector bodies or clients If you believe you have the skills/experience for this exciting opportunity please apply ASAP!
