Responsibilities: The ideal Digital Marketing Specialist at Wagestream is an entrepreneurial and creative out-of-the-box thinking digital whiz with a 'get-things-done' attitude, who wants to thrive in a fast-paced environment!What separates you from other marketers is your relentless drive for running new tests and experiments on a regular basis. You love data, but even more, you actually love implementing changes based on those findings - instead of just creating dashboards.You'll have a very important role to play in scaling up Wagestream's marketing efforts across all paid and digital channels. * Drive and manage all paid B2B and B2C campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance * Ensure successful campaigns managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPI's * Optimise campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment * Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition - with an implement, test, and measure mindset * Work alongside the wider marketing team to develop content for marketing ads, campaigns and landing pages * Test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group * Build and run A/B tests across landing pages and the homepage * Work alongside the dev and design team to optimise, build and manage the Wagestream website, conversion funnels and creative testing Skills & Experience: * Minimum 2 years experience * Strong organisational skills with the ability to deliver a high volume of quality work * Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas * The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong analytical and data skills * Must be competent in martech and bidding platforms * Facebook ads knowledge * Linkedin ads knowledge * Google Analytics and Google Ads knowledge
