Company Description Home Instead Senior Care is an international leader in providing non-medical care and companionship services. We pride ourselves on delivering award winning training and hands on support to our CAREGivers. We will always go the extra mile for our clients and CAREGivers individual needs. With a minimum of an hour visit for each call, we ensure plenty of time for quality care whilst still leaving time and chat and build a real relationship with our client. Job Description Weekend CAREGiver Where: Andover and East Wiltshire - Pewsey, Andover, Amesbury, Tidworth, Marlborough, Devizes and surrounding areas. Handy weekend only domiciliary care positions where you can work up to 15 - 20 hours. However, if you can dedicate just a couple of regular hours a weekend and would like a job to know you are giving back to your community, we would love to hear from you too. We can offer you a friendly open-door culture and a hands-on team dedicated to supporting you. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, you will receive 30p per mile, amazing paid training and promotion opportunities if you want to progress in a career in care. Typically, our visit times break down in to the following, can you commit to one of these shifts? Morning - Lunch time - 7:00am to 3.00pm Afternoon - Evening - 3.00pm to 10.30pm So what is it you are likely to be doing? First and foremost you are there to contribute to a positive living environment which enhances the life of your client each and every time you visit You will document yours and your client's daily activities in the client log, whether you take them to the hairdressers, make them a meal, support with a shower or simply have a cup of tea and a chat. Most importantly you will report any changes in the client's needs or any concerns you may have about their living conditions.
