Job Description
HR Systems Manager Home Based with some travel 12 months The HR Systems Manager plays an integral role in the wider HR Change Programme. The HR Systems Manager is responsible for leading on effective use of the D365 Talent system to ensure we adhere to robust HR standards and that we optimize its use. In addition, the HR Systems Manager will lead on coordination of HR design for further development and roll-out of the system in the confederation global context, with a strong focus on communication, collaboration and innovative problem solving. * Key interface between HR business needs and technology solutions providing strategic and operational information and recommendations to key decision makers. * Lead on a review and evaluation of all HR systems, practices and policies and recommend improvements to ensure effective and efficient use of D365 system. * Translate business processes into system requirements. * Lead on strong technology solutions to improve our HR practices and efficiencies. * Lead one evaluating system performance and user uptake for continuous improvement * Lead on performance reporting including analysis to enable effective decision making for the HR Change Lead and Global Director of People * Member of Super User Group or Centre's of Excellence where HR input is required Responsibilities: HR Systems Manager Home Based with some travel 12 months The HR Systems Manager plays an integral role in the wider HR Change Programme.
