Account Manager - Beauty and Fragrance Ecommerce

Job Description
This is a fabulous role for someone who is passionate about eCommerce retail, beauty, fragrance or fashion. This is a key role in supporting and assisting the Sales team in all aspects of support and particularly with the flow of orders from customers. It's very hands on, dealing with people from many departments and includes a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities. The individual will enjoy working in a vibrant customer focused office. Please find details below. SNAP SHOT: To manage and develop a portfolio of existing key accounts and new business opportunities within the retail & wholesale sectors along with our website business. REPORTS TO: Sales Manager KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: * To achieve revenue, margin and product targets. * To develop profitable and sustainable new business. * Establish strong business relationships and deliver first-class customer service. * To manage the internal processes via sound communication and relationship management * Review and Report performance versus objectives. * Work closely with the buying and marketing teams to achieve our collaborative company goals EXPERTISE TO MATCH: Experienced sales professional with a minimum of 2 years operating in a B2B environment Ideally from a Health & Beauty or Consumer Goods background. Strong Trading mentality with well developed selling skills. Ability to plan business and manage stock forecasts. Experience of online B2B sales Good presentation and closing skills. Experience of online sales.
