Job Description
Who is the employer? We're an independent creative agency with a singular focus: we create big brand ideas that engage under 30s. We work with brands that need to be relevant in the world of culture, media, technology and consumer attitude; ambitious brands who can't afford to get it wrong with their most important audience. We are entrepreneurial by nature and understand that to get the best out of our people we need the best culture. So we invest in it. And in you. Every team member benefits from our academy training and development programme, which we run in consultation with industry organisation The IPA. We are currently working towards Gold accreditation. We also believe our team is the best because we work at it. In addition to monthly Show + Tell nights, where we share and celebrate great work over a few drinks we also have annual Christmas and Summer parties which have taken us to the cafe bars of Paris, the ski slopes of Meribel, the clubs of Ibiza and in the last 12 months, to Copenhagen, Secret Cinema's Bladerunner and the Bake-Off tent. Most of our people have some kind of creative side hustle going on too, and we love that about them. We've got artists, designers and entrepreneurs all over the shop. So, we're supportive and down-to-earth but we're professional, as a team we've got our sh*t together. Yes we've got some big clients and won some awards but there's more to us than name dropping and gong-hunting. In 2018 we were listed in Campaign's Top 5 Places to work, which demonstrates our long-term commitment to our culture and the future career paths of our people. We are based on Leather Lane EC1N 7SQ in a three-story converted warehouse called 'Sweeps'. The nearest tube stations are Chancery Lane or Farringdon. We are growing rapidly and need inspired creative people to join our tight studio team.
