Job Description
Stuart is a leading last mile delivery platform that connects small and big businesses to a fleet of geo-localised couriers. We empower thousands of companies across Europe by providing same-day delivery, next-day delivery and return solutions. We work across verticals with retailers, grocery stores, restaurants and e-commerce merchants to enable smarter transportation models. We are currently looking for a Lead Recruiter based in London in charge of senior recruitment needs across our local corporate and business functions, mainly within Sales, Account Management and Operations teams. You will join an international team of 6 people and will report to Maria based in Paris, Head of Talent Acquisition. Our beautiful office is located in a co-working space Fora Old Street. RESPONSIBILITIES * Partner closely with Jonathan, UK General Manager, and his business leaders to evaluate hiring requirements, challenge the profiles targeted, lead the search and recommend qualitative and swift shortlists of candidates * Own the full cycle of the hiring process: job qualification, pro-active sourcing (direct approach via LinkedIn and emails, networking, referrals), interviewing, selection, closing, onboarding * Lead and potentially manage directly another recruiter based in London * Provide strategic recruiting expertise by staying abreast of sourcing industry trends, best practices in candidates' evaluation tools, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons * Coach hiring managers on recruitment and sourcing strategies and techniques to attract and engage with potential candidates to ensure a seamless candidate and hiring managers experience * Monitor and maintain key metrics and KPI's to develop actionable plans towards a continuous improvement of results * Engage with the Employer Branding strategy Requirements * 5 years + of successful experience in hiring into corporate and business functions for fast-growing tech companies * Demonstrated skills in building talent pipelines outside adds and organic applications * Expert knowledge of best in class digital sourcing, interviewing and networking techniques and people analytics * Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle * Good knowledge of the UK / London market & extensive local network of potential candidates Benefits * Great compensation package * Good work-life balance: work from home, flexible hours * Learning and training opportunities - Stuart Academy, mentoring programmes, meetups, ... * Tangible career development possibilities as we grow strong * Lunch paid for every day (in value up to 10) at work and all the free drinks/snacks you can handle * Lunchtime sports: frequent yoga, meditation, 5 a side football & squash * Monthly gym allowance to use in any gym or for any sport class - a healthy mind in a healthy body! * Excellent private health care provided by Axa (including dental and optical) * Pension taken care of through a partnership with Royal London * Annual company offsite - Formentera island last year!
